Essay

The thesis is devoted to the consideration of activity of district militia officer as the subject of the preventive activity. Special attention is paid to the practical activity of subsections of Ukrainian militia, police structures of foreign countries that carry out preventive activity, international experience, administrative and legal acts, aggregation of normative legal acts of Ukraine that determine administrative and legal principles of preventive activity of district militia officer' service. As a result of research the number of conclusions and suggestions aimed at the perfection of preventive activity of district militia officer are formulated.
