Maschenko M. Economic activity on management of the property: concept, subjects, kinds (commercial law aspect).

The dissertation contains the complex analysis of the theoretical and practical questions connected with legal regulation of economic activity on management of the property (further - EAMP) in Ukraine. Social, economic and historical preconditions of occurrence and development EAMP, its economic-legal contents and purpose, essence as a separate kind of economic activities are investigated, its concept are certain, the basic characteristics and specificity of service on management of the property are established. The concept of subjects EAMP is offered and their classification is lead. Classification of separate kinds EAMP by the criteria defining specificity of their legal regime is lead, and also the general characteristic of such kinds is presented. Specificity of a legal regime of separate kinds EAMP are investigated, in particular managements of securities, management of property at building of habitation and operations with the real estate, administration of funds of bank management are formulatedoffers on perfection of their legal regulation.
