This Thesis is devoted to the synthesis and research of Pseudo SH-model algorithm and its use to improve the complexities characteristics of block diagram program and associative memory. It is shown that the use of models of abstract algorithms for these purposes in conditions of development of computer techniques is not effective, as they do not consider informational characteristics as structural and program complexity.
