Koval'chuk Y. Teenager as the subject of administrative responsibility

The thesis is devoted to the ranging research of the problems and particularies of the law situation of teenager’s responsibility regulating institute and the organization at the administrative law of Ukraine. The work consists of the results of researches, which belong to the improving of law regulating of administrative responsibility of teenager. At the thesis research the author promised the conseption, contents and particularities of the law situation of the teenagers – citizens of Ukraine as the subjects of administrative responsibility. He researched the most disseminated administrative offences among the teenagers, it’s numerical and quality characteristics, analyses the reasons and conditions of making by the teenagers the offences and brought in the suggestions as for the particularities of it’s protection. A lot of attention was rendered to the order and particularities in the taking of matters about the administrative offences of the teenagers. He studied the experience of the foreign countries as for the assimilating in Ukraine the journal court ice. He researched the precisely particularities of the examination the matters in the court about the administrative offences of teenagers and particularities of the development of the rituality at the matters of teenagers in Ukraine.
