The dissertation is devoted to the organization of investigation of murders committed by group of persons in conditions of non-evidence. The author has offered definition of the organization of investigation and its structure, shows speciality of planning of investigation, cooperatyion of the investigator and operative divisions in investigation of this crimes. He has established sources of the information about committing group of persons in murders, identified typical local tasks, typical versions and typical tactical operations of the investigation of murders committed by group.
