Essay

The present thesis is devoted to investigation and development of remedial treatment methods and means increasing efference of treatment in patients with coxarthrosis by means of using pathogenetic reasonable individual cares with application of magnetotherapy and phonophoresis of chondroxide at different stages of remedial treatment (before and after hip replacement).It was founded that patients with coxarthrosis at rehabilitation stage after hip replacement, complex application of magnetotherapy and phonophoresis of chondroxide on the region of contralateral endoprosthesis of hip joint had a positive influence on hip joint functional state, coxarthrosis clinical manifestation and rehabilitation course in whole. It was developed the complex of staging treatment and rehabilitation of patients with bilateral coxarthrosis including application of magnetotherapy and phonophoresis of chondroxide on the region of contralateral endoprosthesis of hip joint for patients with coxarthrosis being on different stages of remedial treatment at both preparative stage before hip replacement and postoperative rehabilitation.
