Essay

The thesis focuses on the research of social control of activity of the Ukrainian militia. In this work the order of realization of social control of the activity of militia in the historical and legal perspective is analyzed, as well as its state on the present stage of the development of Ukraine. The peculiarities of legal determination of the terms "control" and "supervision" are also studied. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of the realization of social control of activity of militia realized by public organizations, political parties, trade unions and mass media.
