Object - morphological and functional ability of spermatozoa and embryos in cryoprotective media at ultrarapid freezing. The purpose - to improve technology of embryo cryopreservation of livestock that creates the effective biological ways and practical methods of their ultrarapid freezing. Methods - experimental, laboratory, cryobiological, biochemical and statistical. Novelty - it is scientifically proved and is offered an alternative existing, effective method of translation of embryos in a status of cold anabiosis by means of ultrarapid cooling with use of composite crioprotectants with versatile crioprotective actions, which allows carrying out cryopreservstion of embryos in practical conditions with the minimal labor and financial expenses. It is established, that the degree of multifunctional preservations of embryos depends on the ultrarapid freezing and correct connection of structure in multifunctional cryoprotectant. For the first time it is proved, that antioxidants and membranestabilizingsubstances (phospholipids) as components of the cryopreservant have effective action after their addition to the media for ultrarapid freezing of livestock’s embryos. It is offered the method to increase the quantitative and qualititive indicators of embryos, by introduction to the cows - donors' organism vitamin E and phospholipids, received from sea-living organisms. It is developed and checked experimentally up effective “Method of increased quality of defrosted embryos frozen by an ultrarapid freezing method”.
