Essay

Dissertation work is dedicated to development scientific foundations of new information technology (IT) components (mathematical, informational, algorithmic, soft methodical and organizing ware) of the virtual designing intellectualized robot for investigation and neutralization of dangerous ecological event. It is offered to create the technopark intellectualized robot-scouts (IRS), supported by information-analytical system of the situational center with provision for time-cost criterion. For expansion of the functional possibilities prototype mobile IRS and simulation modeling of the robot’s variant are formed bases new IT (informational, mathematical, algorithmic and soft ware). The designed principles of the virtual designing IRS are approved on examples: investigation underwater breakdown object by mobile IRS, investigation of radiation room by IRS, investigation with IRS volume of snow for the high water calculation.
