Syla T. Socio-psychological particularities of the professional interaction in social work.

The given dissertation research is devoted to the socio-psychological analysis of the professional interaction in social protection system social work. For the first time there has been given the definition to the professional interaction in social work, distinguished socio-psychological particularities, characterized the determinants of this phenomenon. The socio-psychological model of the professional interaction has been worked out. It has been empirically proved that socio-psychological particularities of the professional interaction in social work are determined by the systems of social worker's and client's value representations, motivational and intentional components of interaction as well as by the level of social worker's perception-interactive competence. The socio-psychological types of the professional interaction in social work have been proposed, based on the results of factor analysis. The special training course for the development of social workers' professional interaction skills based on the results of the dissertation, has been worked out. There has also been grounded the necessity of interaction approach in the developing of the education standards in social workers' training.
