This thesis research is focused on the study of the teachers' personal determinants role in humanization of the educational process and to the revelation of teachers' personal characteristics influence on their readiness for realization of the facilitating activity in educational process. The present state of the researches on the problem of humanization of the educational process and the facilitative role in this context have been analyzed. The principal components of the pedagogical readiness for the realization of the facilitative activity and teachers' personal determinants influencing this activity have been distinguished. The analysis of the present methods of teacher training has been led with a view to develop the most efficacious program to form the pedagogical readiness for the facilitative activity. The led qualitative and quantitative analysis of the research results and the interpretation of the teachers' self-return, and the interviews with the students and their parents prove the teachers readiness to be an integral quantity that is formed by their personal determinants, in particular their character peculiarities, and by the methods of training of the teachers-facilitators alike. The pedagogical readiness for the realization of the facilitative activity can be successfully formed due to the specially developed psychological training and the sidelong support-program focused on the strengthening of the training effect.
