Yakymenko M. The expression of the linguistic image of the world in the Japanese lexicon.

The principal problem of the dissertation is the reflection of the Japanese national expression of the world outlook in the Japanese language on the lexical level. There are generalised the evidences about the origin, history and theoretical experience of the study on the linguistic image of the world in Ukrainian and international linguistics. The importance of the research of the Japanese linguistic image of the nature and society between other Japanology disciplines is also shown. There are described some specific features of mythological way of thinking of the person who represents archaic traditional culture and the reflections of the features in the Japanese language including apellatives and proper names. It is researched the pecularities of the reception of language in Oriental traditions with special references to East Asian cultures especially Japanese culture. There are described the key words that sign the main categories of the Japanese menttality. The special attention is paid to the words of Japanese origin as the cultural symbols in the texts in Ukrainian, Russian, and English and its fixation in Ukrainian lexicographical studies.
