Essay

The data of quantitative and qualitative displays of epidemic process of a varicella is given. The certain territories, groups (century and social), collectives and time of risk, the tendency of development of epidemic process of a varicella are determined. For the first time in Ukraine the safety and immunologic efficiency of vaccine Varilrix for prophylaxis of a varicella were proved. Recommendations for improvement epidemiological surveillance and vaccineprophylaxis for varicella are given.
