Snigur I. Mechanism of the citizens' right for participation in the state power implementation

The present thesis is prepared on actual subject for the state and law theory science and as matter of fact there is the first attempt to develop and justify theoretically the concept of the realization mechanism of the citizens' right for participation in the state power implementation. During the work there is made the technical-legal analysis of the citizens' right for participation in the state power implementation, the realization mechanism concept of this important political right is determined. The realization mechanism structure of the citizens' right for participation in the state power implementation is certain and analyzed. There is made a conclusion regarding the leading hand of legal culture and legal awareness in structure of the given mechanism. A special attention of the author has been given to substantiation of a legal warranties place, particularly normative-legal and organization-legal ones in the system of the citizens' right for participation in the state power implementation. Theaspects of such special warranty of the citizens' right for participation in the state power implementation as the legal responsibility for its violation are analyzed.
