Essay

The dissertation contain main tendencies of the scientific bases realization of the labour expediency have been analyzed. Complex approach concerning effective staff usage while modern system of quality maintaining at the stage of pharmaceutical enterprises transferring to GMP requirements, norms and rules has been grounded. Spectrum of industrial indicators influence on the functional balance has been theoretically grounded. The comparison of morbidity with the staff's temporary lose of working capacity at different pharmaceutical enterprises has been carried out. The model of personal management system has been developed and typical model of the pharmaceutical enterprise organization structure has been developed.
