Essay

Expediency of the grain processing with water with the aim of cleaning and decontamination of grain surface, isolation of the unde sirable admixtures from the grain medium and raising of the finished products quality, has been grounded in the dissertation. When determining the regimes, the probability character of grain properties changing as well as grain medium changing, has been taken into consideration. It must be added, that grain and grain medium are biological objects. The economical effect made up thirty four thousand hrivnyas yearly.
