Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the increase in effectiveness of operation of lift columns of wells used in Underground gas storages at the expense of preventing unscrewing of the columns by means of decreasing amplitudes of their oscillation and rational choice of screwing moments. Mathematical models of natural and forced vitratios of the lift column emerging during operation of wells are developed; optimal values of stiffness coefficient of the vibration isolator are substantiated, the influence of vibroisolator parameters on the distributin of tokgue moments along the column. Applying thick shells theory and hypothesis on equivalent substitution tuns of theading by elastic layers of Vinklers base type, mathematical models of the stress-strain state for the elements of threading couplng are elaborated, this enables us to substentiate the optimal screwing moments. Amplitude-frequency characteristics of lift columns vibra-tions are experimentally obtained. Technical decisions and practical recommendations aimed at preventing unscrewing of lift columns are suggested
