The first as a result of complex research of the strain-stimulated effects in p-type Si whiskers in the temperatures range 1,7-300 K and in the magnetic fields up to 14 T is set to conformity to the law of change characteristics of these crys- tals at mechanical strain. Developed conception and created cryogenic liquids pressure sensors and strain gage sensors for low temperatures on the basis classical and nonclassical piezoresis- tance in p-Si whiskers.
