Essay

The thesis deals with the research of the exogenous melatonin influence on ionregulating renal function in the norm and under conditions of immobilizing stress and action of aluminium and lead salts. Combined influence of immobilizing stress and action of heavy metals salts has been found to cause disorders of circadian organization of excretory, ionregulating and acidregulating renal functions. The parameters of excretory, ionregulating and acidregulating renal functions are said to be more considerably changed at 8.00 am than 20.00 pm. Administration of exogenous melatonin in the dose of 0,3 mg/kg of the body weight 1 hour before the immobilizing stress in conditions of aluminium and lead salts intoxication has been established to prevent expressed changes of the ionregulating renal function parameters, which allows to optimize the methods of treatment of disorders, caused by action of stress and heavy metals salts, and improve the methods of renal dysfunctions prophylaxis. Established morphologicaland functional changes of kidneys resulted in dystrophy of epithelium of renal tubules, necrosis and reduction of energy metabolism enzymes activity as well.
