Dissertation work is devoted to the study of process of drying in the leak-less layer of paste-like materials on the example of metatitanium acid and baker's yeasts by filtration method. Presented results of investigations and design of dependences for prognostication a hydrodynamic and kinetic of drying, specified methods of and processing characteristics for drying, presented the design procedure a constructive of operation factors for drying of devices and theirs diagrammatic drawing.
