Object - surgical treatment of acute mesenterial ischemia complicated with intestinal infarction; methods - experimental, clinical, laboratory, statistical; novelty - for the first time is studied interrelation of a level oxide nitrogen with weight of current of acute mesenterial ischemia and a way of its correction with the purpose of improvement of results of treatment; for the first time the technique intraoperation definitions of viability of a gut by means of pulseoximetry an intestinal wall is offered; introduction of glucocorticoids at early stages of treatment of acute mesenterial ischemia; the technique of the delayed imposing interintestinal anastomoses with use of active monitoring during programmed laparostomy is developed and offered; results - tactics of treatment of patients with acute mesenterial ischemia complicated with intestinal infarction, lowered postoperative lethal; branch – medicine.
