Gorach N. Peculiarities and treatment of essential hypertension in perimenopausal women.

Dissertation was devoted to development of the program of medical rehabilitation for the increase of efficiency of treatment and improvement of quality of life in women with hypertension and climacteric syndrome on the basis of complex clinical and instrumental research of features of course in perimenopausal period. It was established that a climacteric syndrome worsened the course of hypertension in perimenopausal women: according to the data of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring observed increase of variability of systolic and diastolic blood pressure during all periods of days and morning rise of systolic blood pressure. According to the results of analysis of heart rate variability manifested sympathotonia for a day long and decline of general tonus of vegetative nervous system, the substantial differences of indexes of quality of life where revealed. Applying of complex treatment was grounded with including of ACE inhibitor lisinopril and phyto-SERM cimicifugae extract, its efficiency was proved in relation to a blood pressure reducing and corrections of climacteric syndrome manifestations.
