Solomka S. Surgical treatment of ischemiс heart disease in aged patients.

Dissertation work is devoted to pressing questions of surgical treatment of ischemic illness of heart at patients of the senior age groups (60 years and more). The researched group included 739 patients, from Amosov Institute of cardiovascular-surgery АМS Ukraine in 2000 - 2004 (1-n a subgroup age 60 - 69 years - 644 patients, 2-n a subgroup age of 70 years and more - 95 patients). As a result of research it has been determined quantity accompanying diseases at patients of the senior groups, which number has made 1,6 and 1,9 diseases on 1 patient according to age against 1,05 at patients of younger group. Frequency of an atherosclerosis of an ascending aorta increases with the years up to 12,9 % and 14,7 % accordingly on age groups. More significant defeat of coronary arteries (КА) (3,2±1 is marked and 3,5±0,9), the smaller quantity intercoronary anastomosis 43,1 % and 33,3 % against 44,8 % at patients of younger age, increases quantity of patients with involving in pathological process of the basic trunk of the left coronary artery (20,8 % and 31,1 %).The basic burdening factors coronary bypass at patients of advanced age have been determined. The direct and remote results of surgical treatment of ischsemic illness of heart are investigated.
