Moskalenko D. Prevention of unfavourable effects of noise and vibration influence regularities on reproductive health state of weaver's industry female workers.

Subject of the research: influence of noise-vibrating of a complex on reproductive system of women which work in weaver's manufacture. The purpose of work consist in a scientific substantiation of hygienic and medicine-preventive actions about decrease in adverse action of noise and vibration on a condition of reproductive function of women of the different century groups borrowed in modern weaver's manufacture. Methods: the profound sanitary inspection, physical, clinical, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: recommendations concerning viewing existing state sanitary norms of industrial vibration in the form of introduction of the corrected level of vibration in view of its action in all three axes of coordinates which are directed to Committee concerning hygienic regulation M. of H. of Ukraine are developed. Scientifically developed criteria of application hormonal colpocitologii as early trouble-shooting test of infringements of reproductive health of working women of weaver's manufacturewhich have arisen under influence of vibration and noise. Novelty: for the first time the complex estimation of operating conditions is carried out and investigated features of the combined influence of noise and vibration on a state of health (including reproductive) the women borrowed in modern weaver's manufacture; it is proved, that among all factors of the industrial environment noise and vibration have dominating influence on reproductive function of women; the established laws of infringements of health depending on levels noise and vibrating loading under conditions of the isolated and combined action of these factors.
