Galiy S. Influence of training process physical exercises on the state of immune and metabolic parameters in sportsmen-powerlifters

The thesis is dedicated to the development of rehabilitation methods in sportsmen-powerlifters based on examination of immune and metabolic parameters in dynamics of training process. It is established, that expressiveness of immune and metabolic disorders depends on intensity of physical exercises during the training macrocycle. The increase in physical exercises causes inhibition of phagocytic activity of monocytes and neutrophils, decrease in spontaneous production of monokines by monocytes, development of relative hypersuppressory variant of secondary immunodeficiency, oppression of antibody synthesis, intensification of immune complex formation. It is established that the metabolic disorders at increased physical exercises are characterized by lipid peroxidation activation, catalase insufficiency, imbalance of prostacyclin, thromboxane, prostaglandins in blood serum, decrease in power charge of erythrocytes and lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes in erythrocytes. Efficiency of rehabilitation which include use during the training macrocycle of cycloferon, creatine monohydrate, inosine, complex of amino acids, multivitamins, minerals and enteral phytosorbents is established. The obtained data are used in the educational process of three high schools of Ukraine.
