The Dissertation is devoted to questions is judicial-medical diagnostics of alcoholic poisonings of the died personsof 18-60 years and is more senior, and also to an establishment judicial-toxicological, pathomorphologikal and biophysical criteria of expert diagnostics of poisonings with ethanol з the account of its concentration in hematomas, and also the quantitative maintenance acetaldegyd in blood, as additional criteria. The estimation pathomorphologikal changes of a brain, heart, lungs, a liver, kidneys and adrenal glands can be used at an expert estimation of a sharp alcoholic intoxication.In an expertit is judicial-medical research of a corpse, together with definition of the quantitative maintenanceof alcohol in the recommended.
