The dissertation is devoted to development modern is judicial-medical criteria of diagnostics of prescription of approach of death. In work on the basis of methods of the polarizing analysis of images of histologic cuts of biological fabrics the person the new approach also proves in the decision of the task - establishments of set of differential criteria of objective definition of prescription of death on a complex of polarizing, matrix, statistical and correlation parameters of laser images of a different morphological structure.
