Object - processes of elimination of surplus of ions of fluoride and compounds of iron from not enough mineralized underground waters in production of soft drinks; aim – improvement of process of production of soft drinks by development of methods of preparation of not enough mineralized underground waters for technological necessities; methods – theoretical, calculation-experimental, physical and chemical; novelty – the method of coverage of surface of granules of grainy load by tape is offered aluminum hydroxide, that allows selective to delete from not enough mineralized underground waters surplus concentrations of fluorides and organic complex compounds of iron by filtration of water through the modified grainy load of mechanical filter and certainly regimes of its modification; results – the processes of delete of surplus of ions of fluoride and compounds of iron are developed from typical artesian waters of Ukraine by filtration through the modified grainy load for food productions; inculcatedon enterprises from production of soft drinks; branch – food industry.
