3. The object is optoelectronic appearences on semiconductors; the aim is the increasing of exploited characteristics of circuits of optoelectronic logic gates by using small- and micropower regimes of switching of light emitting diodes on initial sites CVD and design on it base the devices of logic treatment, transformation and switching; the method of investigation and apparatus- phisical analysis and syntesis, experiment and computing modelling, treatment of results;the design of the methodic of investigation conversional processes in light emitting diodes of optocouples; the theoretical and practical results- recieved new scientific graunded results; the new approach- at first created the model of nyt micropowerful optocouple of VHF diapason and set the opportunity of using small- and micropower switching of light emitting diodes in regime of "small signal"; results- designed the separete theoretical positions for creating adaptive circuits of micropowerful optoelectronic logic gates; inculcate- onthe sphere of science, investigation and national economy - in Institute of transport systems and technologys NAS of Ukraine, Dnepropetrovsk and CE "Zaporozhelectrotrans", the results of investigation is used on the education process; the field- telecommunication technics.
