The dissertation represents a complex scientific research of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of the relations connected with the protection of the computer software. The structure and effectiveness of mechanisms and methods of legal regulation of processes on the development and circulation of program products are being determined in this work. Peculiarities of the computer software's protection by different types of licensing agreements, their role and place in the regulation of the software's market have been analysed. Jurisdictional and extrajudicial (technical) means of the computer software's protection are explored. Proposals and recommendations on improvement of legal regulation of relations on the protection of the computer software have been introduced."
