The aim - to develop biotechnical system with applying laser radiation for embryo division in livestock breeding. Methods - heat transfer and theory of interaction of electromagnetic radiation with microbiological objects. Results - method of laser action on microbiological objects has been modified by means of taking into account the specific nature of microbiological objects.
