Object - process of sounding of an atmosphere by acoustic and electromagnetic waves. The purpose - increase of functional reliability of vertical radio-acoustic and acoustic sounding system of an atmospheric boundary layer. Methods - the statistical analysis, mathematical physics, acoustics of the non-uniform moving environment, the numerical analysis and synthesis. Results - new mathematical models of eco-signals and a method of radio-acoustic sounding. It is introduced - into budgetary research works, into educational process, in institute of radio-physics and electronics of the National Academy of sciences of Ukraine by a department of remote sounding of the Earth.
