Essay

The dissertation is devoted to reduce of incidence of dysbiosis conditions among pregnant women with preeclampsia (PE) through development methods of prognosis, treatment and prevention of dysbiosis among pregnant women with PE by investigation of background, clinical, bacteriologi-cal, immune and hormonal status of these patients. The implementation of recommended complex program have lead to normalization of intestinal microbial biocenosis, reducing of dysbiosis conditions among pregnant women of risk group on 1,97 times, incidence of PE - on 2,9 times, amount of labor and delivery complications - on 1,98 times, septic complications in postpartum period - on 2,9 times and infections in newborn - on 2,6 times.
