Essay

Dissertation was devoted to solvering one of the actual task in gynecology - to increase the pelvic inflammatory diseases (PID) treatment effectiveness for women due to working out and influence extracorporal antibiotic therapy (EAT). The EAT was more optimal method to concentrate the massive medicine in pathologic zone cells by auto blood direct transport. This methods reduced the risc of additional effects of antibiotictherapy. EAT was used in pre- and postoperative periods. Due to this method in 15,6 % cases the reproductive patients avoided the operations, the risk of postoperative complication was reduced in 4 times, the terms of postoperative period were reduced from 12,3 to 8,7 days.
