Essay

Problems of civil-legal regulation of the boles circulation on Ukraine are considered in the dissertation. The notion of the bill's circulation are analyzed and its defamation is suggested. The question of legal regulation – handling of the bill is regards. The acceptation of the bill is researched, which is regarded from two positions: 1) as a prescription; 2) as a legal fact the question of handling of the rights orising of the bill in analyzed. The question of the protest of bill are highlighted, as well as civil-legal responsibility of the subjects of bill circulation are considered.
