Object - postinjection suppurative diseases of soft tissues at patients with opium drug addiction; methods - clinical, laboratory, tools, morphological, microbiological, statistical; novelty - clinical features of current and results of surgical treatment PSDST at patients with ODA of Vinnitsa region for the first time are studied; for the first time the clinical-morphological substantiation of low efficiency of well-known methods of treatment PSDST at patients with ODA is lead and advantages and expediency of local leading of sorbents and antimicrobic means for treatment of the given pathology are proved; for the first time the new way of local treatment of purulent processes of soft fabrics is developed and for the first time ODA is used in a clinical practice for treatment PSDST at patients with ODA; for the first time the new way of ultrasonic diagnostics of the purulent centers at patients with ODA and a HIV-infected of patients is developed and introduced in a clinical practice; Results - improvement of results of surgical treatment PSDST at patients with ODA, by development, a clinical-morphological substantiation and use of new methods of surgical treatment; branch – medicine.
