Object - patients are more senior than 60 years, with acute bleeding of duodenal ulcer; corpses of patients with acute bleeding of duodenal ulcer, and also with diseases not connected with digestive system, are more senior than 60 years; not purebred dogs; methods - clinical, ex-perimental, biochemical, histologic, immunophermentative, patomor-phological, angiography, radiological, tool, statistical; novelty - in experiment for the first time is proved, that occurrence of early relapse of a bleeding, accompanied by increase in a level of urea duodenal maintenances in 1,7 times and decrease in a level of the general fiber, urea and glucose of a mucous membrane duodenum gut on 62,3 %; for the first time it is established, that occurrence of a bleeding from a ulcer duodenum gut leads to increase of fibrinolytic and proteolytic activity rate, maintenances oxide nitrogen, vascular endothelial the factor of growth of a mucous membrane duodenum gut; for the first time it is revealed, that parameters of fibrinolytic and proteolytic ac-tivity rate a forward wall of a mucous membrane duodenum gut at people, 60 years, with acute bleeding of duodenal ulcer, above com-pared with parameters of a back wall are more senior; results - are improved results of treatment of persons, 60 years, with acute bleeding of duodenal ulcer are more senior than 60 years; branch - medicine
