Novikova V. Legal basis of non-payable agreements in Civil law of Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to investigation of legal basis of non-payable agreements in Civil law of Ukraine. The essence of non-payable agreements is analysed through the notions of form, amount and order of cross-granting. The classification of non-payable agreements have been made. Their basic features have been distinguished. The nature of separate kinds of non-payable agreements, belonging to different groups of civil agreements according to their aims, has been made. Based on the results of the theoretical investigation a range of proposals was made in ordes to improve civil legislation of Ukraine and its practical usage have been made.
