Suprunovich J. The spatial and volumetric arrangement of trade complexes based on renovation of the industrial buildings

Object of research are industrial buildings and structures that are the subject to renovation. Aim of reseach is definition of principles of the architectural forming of trade complexes based on renovation of the industrial buildings and working out the scientific recommendations to their architectural-spatial arrangement. Methods of research are comparable analysis, method of nature’s investigation, method of diagrams analysis, volumetric modeling and experimental designing. Scientific novelty of received results is in the consideration of the process of renovation of the industrial buildings as a part of the common town-planning process, definition of the town-planning objectives and varieties of the renovation; formulation and definition of principles and strokes of volumetric and planning rearrangement of the industrial buildings into the trade complexes; definition of types of the trade complexes based on renovation; suggestion of the method of renovation; suggestion of the strokes of architectural and artistic solution of trade complexes based on renovation of the industrial buildings. Practical meaning of the received results consists in their use in the practice of designing and construction and in scientific research works, in teaching process at higher educational institution with architectural profile.
