Object - patients with varicosele; the aim of research is to improve the of efficiency of treatment of the patients with varicosele by use pathogenesis of the proved methods surgical operation in view of parameters local venous gemodinamic; methods - clinical-laboratory, ultrasonic, rentgenological, radioisotope, statistical; the theoretical results - are filled up representations about pathogenetic varicocele, the new way of treatment varicosele is scientifically proved, the algorithm of inspection and treatment is advanced, the new classification varicosele is offered, the reasons of relapses varicosele are specified; practical results - the efficiency of treatment of the patients with varicosele is raised(increased); Novelty - the new way of treatment varicosele is developed, new classification varicosele, the reasons of relapses are investigated, the comparative estimation of results of use of operation Ivanissevicha is carried out(spent) and at differentiation a choice surgical operation , the algorithm of inspection and treatment is advanced, the indications to a choice of operations are specified; the research results have been implemented into practical work at hospitals having such branch of surgery.
