Object - patients with chronic venous insufficiency; the aim of research is to improve the of efficiency of treatment of the patients with chronic venous insufficiency based on the improved methods of endoscopes surgery; methods - clinical-laboratory, ultrasonic, rentgenological, endoscopes, statistical; the theoretical results – are using of intraoperation dye for coloring and visual differentiation of nerves, during comparative analysis of one– and double–trocar SEPS there was found that one–trocar method provides better cosmetic results and it’s more improved technically; practical results - the efficiency of treatment of the patients with chronic venous insufficiency is raised(increased); Novelty - the new way of using of intraoperation dye for coloring and visual differentiation of nerves, during comparative analysis of one– and double–trocar; the research results have been implemented into practical work at hospitals having such branch of surgery.
