Red'ko S. Psychological Conditions of Developing Managerial Abilities of Future Specialists on Economics.

There in the dissertation is the theoretical basis, psychological principles and results of empirical researches as to the problem of developing managerial abilities of future specialists on economics. There have been shown social and psychological peculiarities and conditions of developing managerial abilities of economic institutions students. There has been developed the model of an economist-manager's abilities. It gives the possibility to make differential diagnostics and to determine the trends of developing managerial abilities of an economist manager during his vocational education. In the process of psychological diagnostics there has been revealed the matter and hierarchical structure of successful economist manager, and professionally important managerial abilities and qualities have been defined. There in the dissertation have been determined peculiarities and conditions of moulding psychological formation that ensure the proper level of managerial abilities.
