Scientific work is devoted reduction frequencies of not planned pregnancy and collateral reactions of contraception at women with a various index of weight of a body on the basis of a substantiation of principles of contraception by preparations Yarina and Femoden depending on their acceptability and features of their influence on lipide exchange. In comparative aspect influence of oral contraceptives of new generation at women with the increased level of the general cholesterol and an index of weight of a body on lipide spectrum of blood is investigated. Two variants of changes in lipide spectrum of blood at patients with a normal index of weight of a body which were characterized normal and at a part from them by insignificantly increased maintenance of the general cholesterol are established, and at women with the increased index of weight of a body of change in lipide spectrum of blood as a whole were characterized by the increased contents of the general cholesterol at absence of changes in the contents threeglicerides. Recommendations for necessities of research lipide spectrum of blood up to are given and during contraception at patients with the increased index of weight of a body up to 30 points. Principles of preventive maintenance of possible collateral reactions and principles of supervision over patients of group of risk are offered.
