Scientific work is devoted reduction frequencies of not planned pregnancy and incompetent at women with hypothyreosise on the basis of studying clinical-endocrinological, functional, biochemical and microbiological features, and also development of a complex pregravidare preparations and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The structure and principal causes incompetent, comparative aspects of clinical current pregravidare period, pregnancy and sorts, a condition of newborns, a functional condition of a thyroid gland and fetoplacental complex at women with hypotheriosise are investigated. The complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions on decrease in frequency incompetent at women with hypothereosise is developed and introduced on the basis of use preventive maintenance not planned pregnancy in quality pregravidare preparations with application hormonal and antigomotoxical preparations.
