Gnatjuk M. Law enforcement and its role in the process of law implementation.

Dissertation research is dedicated to a complex study of the law implementation as a process in which an important role is played by enforcement as a process. In order to substantiate the urgency of this topic it is stated that quality of the law enforcement activities of the state bodies is one of the factors which establishes the level of the legal culture in the country, as well as law and order. Analysis of the nature of the law enforcement activities has to help in finding ways to improve mechanism of human and citizen rights protection that, first of all, depends on the accuracy of transferring normative standards in the course of specific subjective rights and legal obligations.
