Demicheva V. Legal as element of legal system in the conditions of democratic development of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to complex analisis of essentiality, nature, functions, variants, types, structure and pecularities of legal consciousness formation as one of the elements of legal system of Ukraine in the condition of building of democratic legal state. The legal consciousness is considered as structural complex phenomena which depends on the main objective and subjective elements: the level of development of legal culture. Besides it is stressed that interdepending of the categories of legal consciousness and legal culture: the functioning of legal culture at society is determined by legal consciousness of society. Some attention is devoted consciousness of legal culture, deformation of legal consciousness - the legal consciousness. It is analysed its theoretical grouds, sources and forbs of expressions, ways and methods of its abolition. The consideration of problem of legal consciousness connected with the researching of essentiality and meaning of legal education process. It is substantiated that the level of legal consciousness in the modern society depended also from state hender policy, improvement of the regulation of hender relations.
