Ukrainskiy V. Peritonitis hepatic insufficiency prophylaxis

Object - peritonitis, complicated and uncomplicated with hepatic failure. The aim - to improve the results of treatment of the patients with the peritonitis by the way of working up the mathematic model of prognosis hepatic failure and the usage of the active surgical tactics with the purpose of prophylaxis of this complication. The methods - clinical, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, statistical, mathematical data. The results - proved the effectiveness of the clinical, immunological and biochemical methods of the investigation the functional state of the liver in prophylaxis the hepatic failure in case of peritonitis. The elaborated devise allows to observe the dynamics of the pathologic process and to avoid the complication. The elaborated diagnostics and surgical system of prophylaxis assisted to the reduction of the loping of this complication by 13%, it allowed to decrease the quantity of common and local complications by 28%, the lethal - by 8%, it assisted to the reduction of hospitalstay of the patients by 1,4 times. It was inculcated into the medical practice, educational process. The applied field - medicine.
