The research Work is based on a study and scientific ground of therapeutic method of treatment, of functional complications of lower urinary tract at Medical and Surgical treatment of patients with benign prostate hyperplasia.On the basis of research studies, Patients of different groups of age's, with BPH after Surgical correction, the benefits of certain medical therapy was innumerous. Dysuria was controlled with medication in post operative period. Research is based on the results of complex inspection and treatment of 535 patients with BPH, 27 patients with dysfunction of urination after pelvic surgery, uncounted patients with BPH and 34 men without the symptoms BPH.Application of charts of complex treatment and prophylaxis of functional pathology of lower urinary tract, results in the considerable improvement of the general condition of patients: ? reduction of frequency of urinations, it speedup the recovery process after surgery, the term was observed permanently , quality of life of patients is improved.
