Isaychikov I. The endolymphatic therapy and colonosanation in the complex treatment of the acute pancreatitis

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of acute pancreatitis treatment by complex use of endolymphatic therapy, colonosanation, immune correction and improved technical aspects of surgical intervention. It was set that complex use of the offered measures (endolymphatic therapy, immune correction and colonosanation) was accompanied by the reliable decline of blood enzyme level, improvement of the antioxidant system condition, diminishing of blood toxicity indexes and increase of macroorganism immunereactivity that were the objective criteria of the offered measures positive influencing on the dynamic of acute pancreatitis pathological process. Moreover, complex use of endolymphatic therapy, colonosanation, immune correction and improved technical aspects of surgical intervention was accompanied by the decrease of septic complications frequency and reliable decline of lethality that testified about high efficiency of the offered measures
