The work is dedicated to the pressing topic of early diagnostics of fetus’s congenital heart malformations through improvement and usage of modern diagnostic technologies.As the result of the study the most favorable terms of gestation for fetus’s congenital heart malformation uncovering were defined and algorithm of pregnancy monitoring of high risk group women at the presence of fetus’s congenital heart malformations was developd, which helped to decrease the perinatal losses.
